On Monday, November 13, the Bimuno website (www.bimuno.com) was launched.  This is my first dedicated international website launch, United Kingdom, and I’m pretty excited.  The Bimuno website uses the same database driven architecture as one my my previous websites (www.diabetesessentials.com).  So the next question is, What is Bimuno?

Bimuno is the latest prebiotic. It provides a natural boost to your body’s self-defence by feeding and energising your immunity boosting bacteria whilst at the same time reducing your bad bacteria. This results in improved gut health and general well-being. It is available from UK pharmacists as a health supplement in powder form for you to add to your everyday food and drinks. As stated earlier, this website uses the same architecture as Diabetes Essentials.  This certainly made for a much smoother development cycle as the database framework had already been design.  This meant that content was able to be entered very quickly right from the start.  Plus the difference is that the design stayed consistant which also makes for easier content updates for non-tech savy individuals.  As a note, content was a challenge since there were minor spelling differences betweeen the United States and Great Britain.
